Is this Thai Culture Training needed/required to all filipino teachers in Thailand? What if the foreign teacher has been teaching here in Thailand for more than 10 years ? Will it be an exception ?

Yes. The Teacher Council of Thailand requires ALL Filipino teachers and other foreign nationalities including those who stayed here FOR YEARS ( except for those who’ve acquired Thai citizenship) to take this Thai Culture Training in TWO years time which means until 2009.
